I adore performing at and hosting weddings, it is the highlight of my working life as these are the most joyous of occasions. I am so lucky to do a job where I can be part of a couple’s big celebration and create a seamless, laughter-filled day they’ll never forget.

It is always an incredible honour to be the master of ceremonies or emcee at a wedding as it truly makes an everlasting memory for both the couple and their friends and family.

Being the host is a very important role, and strangely most wedding couples don’t have them. They rely on the venue to give them an introduction and keep the day on track and this, sadly is rarely a good idea as the venue staff are busy doing their own regular jobs so therefore the introductions can be a little lacklustre.

The job of a professional wedding host is to keep the whole day upbeat, on time, and fun.

I love making sure the day runs incredibly smoothly and on schedule whilst entertaining all age groups and can guarantee the party, guests and the couple have a fantastic time.
